Everything went just fine with one exception. They did not reset the oil condition meter on my truck when they changed it. I'm glad I checked it. I reset it myself. At least they were supposed to change it. I hope they did. Other than that, they did great 👍

I went in in December 2025 to schedule an appointment for an AC fix. I didn't get an appointment until early Feb. When I took the vehicle in the first time they simply said they couldn't do anything. I inquired for a later time to get issue fixed. They said they would call me. After a few weeks I didn't hear from them so went back and got an appointment for the last week of February. I got a tire rotation and the AC fixed. The warranty did not cover the charges of anything. The work done on AC is also not satisfactory as it is not working as it was prior to the AC issue. I do not know if anything was done to fix the vehicle.

Had my truck towed to dealership on January 10th. Called Monday January 12 was told it would be a week to two weeks. Called 5 days later was rudely blown off being told mechanics are short handed. I told them I that’s fine was just trying to check on my truck. I drove by that weekend and my truck had still not moved. Waited until the following Wednesday January 21 to call again. Was told they still had not looked at it and do not have time for it. I expressed my understanding for them being busy. The service manager told me they would try to fit it in between other jobs. She said she would call me when they looked at it. I drove by the dealership again that weekend to see where my truck was, it was moved somewhere out of sight. I was hopeful they finally pulled it inside to look at it. I waited until the following Friday January 30 to call, was blown off again and got the same story about being busy. On Monday January 2 I took off work early to go into the service department to talk to them in person and look at my truck. At first they tried to blow me off but I said I needed something out of my truck. They got the keys and had another guy take me out to my truck. It took us 15 minutes to find it because it was stuck in a back corner of their body shop lot. Honestly it looked like they put it “out of sight, out of mind.” Even the guy walking me back commented on how weird it was that they parked it so far away. Walked back into the service department and I thanked them for letting me get stuff out of my truck. I told them that I am a little irritated that we are on week 4 and my truck has not been looked at when I was told it would take 1-2 weeks. She told me that she will see what she can do. The very next morning I get a call from her that they were able to look at my truck and if I approve the $1800 bill it can be finished by end of day Wednesday January 4. I said yes I approve. It was finished on the 4th and we were able to pick it up that evening. On top of that I went to use my wiper blades a couple days after picking it up and both of them were ripped and ruined. I know they were not like that when I dropped it off because I went through a rain storm on a drive just the day before it was towed there. There was an ice storm while it was in their possession and I am sure they went to move the truck and instead of waiting for the windshield to thaw or scrap it, they just turned the wipers on. I completely understand being busy and short staffed, but I would never blow someone off for 4 weeks. Very disappointed in the service department and will not ever be going back.
