We waited 2 hours for appointment oil change and it was ready for 30min before I went to ask about it and she like yeah its been ready and I sit and wait for it she knew I was there even ask earlier the name for it. Then told me I must not have heard her!! I've never had to wait like that or been rude to. Except that one worker that said I don't speak fagott really loud for everyone to hear!! I did tell the lady that pay to about it...

Permian GMC does not like to deal with its customers. I know I could have made a better deal out of town. I only bought it from Permian because of Linda. Linda worked real hard to get our business. I like to keep my business in town.

Dusty was awesome. He went above and beyond.

Still waiting on getting the Onstar transferred from trade in to new truck. It has been the whole week now.
