Staff were friendly and helpful but the parts were not readily available and waiting over a week for struts and springs is ridiculous not to mention the $3700 cost.

I actually regret buying my 2019 Corvette from permian. And I blame myself for not looking at the car, much harder. And asking more questions. In the first week of ownership, I had replace all four wheels because of the notorious corvette cracked wheels issue. With more than $16000 worth of. Maintenance issues, some maybe covered under my powertrane extended warranty.most not. Keep in mind. I've had the car for less than a year and put a whopping 1700 miles on it. So I'm hoping to buy my way, out of this problem.

I had a great experience with the help of Carlos! He made sure to get me the best deal so there was no way I could turn it down! I’ll definitely be coming back to see him in the future !

Advisor was difficult to reach, but did well otherwise answering questions and keeping me updated. After the valve body repair on my transmission, my transmission pan had fluid on it. After closer inspection I found only 4 of the pan bolts were tight. The rest of the pan bolts were hand tight, causing the gasket to leak. Not the quality of work I should receive from the dealer. Fixed it myself.

From one person to another,seems like they were unhappy with their job.Each person I went to was a lil bothered explaining things.One where I paid the oil I had run my points,I let her know my reward number ran it so slowly and you could tell was bothered my total was much less and stapled my papers in a rude way and handed it to me.I went to pay oil change and get a tire price.To top it off scheduling is horrible online and on phone ,I use to not have any trouble!I had to drive up to find out there was availability,this is so inconvenient.

Everything was great until i had to pay for balancing my tires which i never asked for
