It was excellent

I called for 8 days, 3 times a day to set up an appointment. I was sent by the very nice receptionist to service 2 times and service manager 1 time each day. No answer, no call back. I finally went in person just to set an appointment to go up there again. And the prices are outrageous. I will be going to Lubbock for the rest of my needs. I came in 4+ months ago to get a corvette from yall and got prices told them it was too high showed the same one for 8k less and they “couldn’t make it happen” so I left Hobbs when and picked up the car I showed them. I shop local first every time…. But yall are too high! I’ll never be back!

Good. A problem came up when I took it in for recalls but they fixed the issue the next day and were able to do the recalls.

We always get our oil changes done at the dealership and it was fast and a great price!
